1. General Provisions

By accessing our facilities, purchasing passes, or competing in events hosted by OverdriveLAN, you agree to be bound by these terms. These conditions apply to all guests, competitors, and spectators entering the venue. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services or access the arena.

2. Venue & Equipment Use

OverdriveLAN provides high-end esports setups, networking infrastructure, and peripherals for competitive and casual use. When utilizing our hardware:

• Guests must treat all hardware, furniture, and peripherals with the utmost respect. Any intentional damage or reckless handling will result in immediate removal and a charge for replacement costs.
• Connecting unapproved external storage devices or attempting to modify system settings, bypass network security, or install unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
• Food and open beverages are not permitted directly at the gaming stations. Designated spectator and lounge areas are provided for consumption.

3. Bookings, Passes, and Cancellations

All tournament entries, daily passes, and VIP station bookings are subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival or event start time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. OverdriveLAN reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen technical difficulties, in which case full refunds or alternative dates will be provided.

4. Code of Conduct & Fair Play

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for cheating, physical altercations, severe toxicity, and harassment. Competitive integrity is the core of our venue. Any guest found using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage during an event, or acting aggressively toward staff or other players, will face an immediate, permanent ban from the arena.

5. Liability and Indemnity

While we maintain a secure environment, OverdriveLAN is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including personal peripherals brought into the venue. Participation in prolonged gaming sessions is at your own discretion; we encourage guests to take regular breaks.
